Rate: $37/hr on C2C

Job Summary: Seeking a Logistics Analyst 2 with strong experience in international logistics, import/export operations, and trade compliance. The ideal candidate will manage customs documentation, coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders, track international shipments, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely import/export shipments.
• Review and validate Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, CBP 7501, and other customs documents.
• Verify HTS codes, customs valuation, country of origin, duties, taxes, tariffs, and regulatory fees.
• Prepare export documentation and ensure proper Schedule B and ECCN classifications.
• Prepare and verify EEI filings through AES/ACE and obtain ITNs for export shipments.
• Track inbound and outbound international shipments and resolve delays or documentation issues.
• Audit freight and customs invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready import/export records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with logistics and manufacturing teams to support efficient global shipping operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in international logistics, import/export, trade compliance, materials, or supply chain.
• Hands-on knowledge of import/export documentation and customs compliance.
• Experience with HTS codes, ECCN, Schedule B, AES/ACE, and EEI filings.
• Experience coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Manufacturing or high-volume logistics experience is preferred.
