In this meaningful role, you'll provide direct support and guidance to residents, helping them navigate daily life and work toward personal growth. If you're passionate about making a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Supervise and support residents in daily living activities and routinesProvide crisis intervention and conflict resolution as neededMaintain accurate resident records, logs, and incident reportsEnforce facility rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and structured environmentConduct regular check-ins and monitor resident well-beingCollaborate with case managers, counselors, and program staff to support resident goalsFacilitate group activities, house meetings, and community-building eventsRequirements:High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferredPrior experience in residential care, social services, or a related setting preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or crisis situationsEmpathetic, patient, and committed to serving vulnerable populationsAbility to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnightCPR/First Aid certification a plusAbout Us:Manna Of Life Ministries Inc is a faith-based organization rooted in the heart of The Bronx, NY, dedicated to providing supportive services and resources to individuals and families in need.
