This is a rewarding opportunity to help families navigate life transitions with dignity and resolution — outside the courtroom. If you're passionate about conflict resolution and making a meaningful difference, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Facilitate neutral, structured mediation sessions between divorcing parties Guide clients through negotiation of asset division, allocation of debts, and any child custody, spousal support, and parenting issues Draft and prepare mediation agreements and settlement documents Maintain detailed case notes and confidential client records Educate parties on the mediation process, legal options, and dispute resolution strategies Collaborate with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals as needed Requirements: Prior experience in divorce, family, or civil mediation strongly preferred Formal mediation training or certification (e.g., Arizona Supreme Court certified mediator) Background in family law, social work, psychological counseling, or a related field is a plus Exceptional active listening, communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to remain neutral, empathetic, and composed in high-emotion situations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation Familiarity with Arizona family law statutes and divorce proceedings preferred About Us: Since 1995, Out of Court Solutions Inc has helped divorcing and legally separating couples collaboratively and cost-effectively reach agreement.
