Supporting the Genetic Counselor team remotely, the full-time Genetic Counselor Assistant will review molecular test requisitions, manage client communications, and assist with laboratory operations during a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the lab Genetic Counselor team to support client testing orders Review molecular test requisitions for clarity and provide necessary support to the molecular lab Respond to inquiries and coordinate genetic testing by obtaining relevant client information Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a Biological Science 1 or more years of experience as a Genetic Counselor Assistant 1 or more years of customer service experience Familiarity with genetics concepts Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
