Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as  Cash Posting Specialist. You will process incoming mail, payments, and cash postings while maintaining accurate records. Requires healthcare, cash posting, or accounts payable experience.

Job Description

• Open and process incoming mail and payments.
• Apply cash/payments accurately into the system, similar to a patient accounts mailroom role.

Skills Required

• 1 year of healthcare experience in any capacity.
• 1 year of cash posting or accounts payable experience.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of medical setting experience with exposure to medical billing and insurance claims.
• Strong clerical/administrative skills and proficiency with office equipment such as scanners, fax machines, and copiers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (40 hours/week, no overtime)
